1532 S 4th St HVAC replacement permit issued
Rivalry Restaurant Group is swapping in a commercial multi-zone mini-split at 1532 S. 4th Street for Old Louisville Tavern. Prudential HVAC is handling the electric replacement for owner Jeb Investments LLC in a project estimated at $10,000, installing a 2-ton unit with indoor equipment located at Level 2 or higher and the condenser at ground level.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
