Brownfields Environmental Consultants will furnish and install a new electric 2.5-ton AC and coil at 2527 Nelson Miller Pkwy, Unit 204 for owner Anchorage Office Plaza LLC. The work, performed via licensed contractor John Waters Inc., replaces the air handler/coil and condenser/heat pump with a project value estimated at $4,655; the condenser will sit at ground level while the equipment is located on level 2 or higher.
