909 E BROADWAY HVAC REPLACEMENT PERMIT ISSUED
Schardein Mechanical Contr Inc is swapping out the 7.5-ton rooftop unit (RTU) at 909 E Broadway for owner Goodwill Industries Of Kentucky Inc, replacing it like-for-like with a proposed project value estimated at $45,000. Project manager Gary Schardein (site contact Rick Hankee) will oversee the work, ladder access will be provided for inspections, and a $330 permit fee has already been paid.
