6740 CARRIBEAN LN HVAC replacement permit issued
C & L Heating AC Inc is swapping in a 2-ton air conditioner and replacing the coil at Mt. Vernon Apts, 6740 Carribean Ln, for owner Mt Vernon Assoc II. The owner supplied the new AC while the contractor provided the coil for this multifamily, level‑1 replacement with the condenser sitting at ground level and an estimated project value of $2,120. The permit has been issued, so it looks like a straightforward in-place HVAC swap rather than a major overhaul.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
