120 SEARS AVE issued for HVAC mechanical permit to replace heat pump on roof
Murphy Heating and Cooling will replace the rooftop heat pump and the air handler serving Suite 128 at 120 Sears Ave. The commercial HVAC replacement for owner Searscard LLC is for a 2.5-ton electric unit, estimated at $7,000, and the contractor notes ladder access will be provided for inspections.
