810 E Market St HVAC permit issued for commercial replacement
Bowmans Heating And Air is replacing the commercial HVAC at 810 E Market St for owner 800Block LLC, installing one heat pump, one air handler and a 15 kW heat strip as a roughly 3-ton electric system. The issued permit lists an estimated cost of $4,000, and because the property has individual landmark status written Urban Design (UD) approval will be required before certain work can move forward.
