13725 Shelbyville Rd issued for commercial HVAC replacement
Ascension Lutheran Church Inc. is replacing its commercial HVAC at 13725 Shelbyville Rd. Prudential HVAC will install two gas compressor systems, replacing air handlers/coils and 5‑ton condensers (air equipment in the attic, condensers at ground level) and will provide ladder access for inspections. The project is estimated at $34,000, so the sanctuary should stay comfy year-round.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
