Arrow-Tek, the licensed HVAC contractor working for Kroger Liquor Store, is relocating three duct runs at 12607 Shelbyville Rd. The commercial HVAC replacement for owner BRE Retail Residual Owner 1 LLC will take place in the exposed interior ceiling with the condenser on the roof, is estimated at $2,000, and keeps the system at an 8-ton capacity.
