Hurstbourne Crossing Apartments is replacing 33 gas furnaces at 9400 Hurstbourne Crossings Dr. Owner Hurstbourne Crossing LLC has hired Roehrs (licensed HVAC contractor) to swap the 80% efficiency furnaces located in closets serving first- and second-floor units, a replacement project estimated at $35,000.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
