300 WALKER HOUSE LN issued for Building 700 HVAC permit
Apex Heating Air & Electric is installing new commercial HVAC at 300 Walker House Ln for Building 700, a multifamily project serving 30 units on behalf of Arden Oxmoor Apartments LLC. The electric system includes new ductwork and rooftop units (condensers on the roof), with equipment on Levels 1–3 and permanent on-site ladder access for inspections, and the job is estimated at $60,000.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
