730 Zane St issued for HVAC replacement (AC and coil)
Allstate Mechanical LLC is replacing the HVAC at 730 Zane St for owner Southern Charm Ventures LLC, installing a new AC and coil with the air handler in the basement and the condenser at ground level outside. This is a commercial multifamily replacement that keeps the system at 3 tons and swaps the air handler/coil and condenser/heat pump, with the job estimated at $7,000 and the permit already issued. Looks like a tidy upgrade to keep the building comfortable through the warmer months.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
