3101 Shadeswood Ave HVAC permit issued for 2 VAV rooftop units
Perfection Serv Of Louisville is installing new HVAC systems for Arvato USA LLC at 3101 Shadeswood Ave, putting in two VAV rooftop AC units with all associated ductwork, air devices, gas piping, and multiple VAV boxes with electric reheat. The commercial project also includes two restroom exhaust fans and is valued at an estimated $348,000.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
