4520 POPLAR LEVEL RD applied for mechanical permit
Derby City Gaming is fitting out a new dormitory at 4520 Poplar Level Rd for owner Churchill Downs Inc., with Charlie Sondergeld Services listed as the HVAC contractor. The commercial HVAC work — including an in-line exhaust fan, relief hood, new ductwork, electric heaters, GRDs and 20 P-TAC units — is estimated at $51,980 to keep the new dorms comfortable year-round.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
