212 EILER AVE issued for HVAC replacement (AHU and chiller)
Dawn Foods (owner Dawn Besco Inc.) is updating the commercial HVAC at 212 Eiler Ave, removing two air-handling units and a chiller and replacing them with one new AHU and one new chiller. The rooftop equipment (with a ground-level condenser) includes new ductwork, is estimated at $1,200,000, and is being managed by licensed pro Darrell Warner of CinFab.
