203 Hoffman Ln issued for new HVAC at 30-unit building
APEX Heating Air & Electric is installing new commercial HVAC equipment for Building 600 — a 30-unit section at 203 Hoffman Ln for owner Arden Oxmoor Apartments LLC. The electric system includes new ductwork and rooftop condensers serving Levels 1–3, ladder access will be provided for inspections, and the project value is estimated at $60,000.
