1606 W CHESTNUT ST Mechanical Permit Issued for HVAC Replacement
Prudential HVAC is replacing the commercial gas HVAC at Baptized Pentecostal Church Of Holin, 1606 W Chestnut St. The issued permit covers a like-for-like swap of a 5-ton system—replacing the air handler/coil and condenser heat pump with the condenser at ground level and equipment on a mezzanine above a middle/high school room—estimated at $14,000, so the congregation should stay comfy.
