623 W Main St HVAC mechanical permit issued for new build
One Choice Mechanical LLC has been hired to install new ductwork and a full gas HVAC system at 623 W Main St for owner 623 W Main Lou LLC. This commercial replacement — swapping in a three-ton rooftop condenser and air handler as part of a new-build setup — is estimated at $15,000 and the permit has been issued, so you may see crews and equipment on the roof soon.
