D & M Service Company Inc. has just replaced the commercial HVAC at Minors Lane Baptist Church, installing three package heat pumps and new ductwork at 8907 Shepherdsville Rd. The electric system work (about 14 tons) is listed with an estimated cost of $28,000, and note that a certificate of occupancy won’t be issued until a Kentucky landscape architect verifies the required landscaping installation.
