1900 Eastern PKY issued for HVAC replacement

Murphy Heating and Cooling is replacing the commercial HVAC system at 1900 Eastern Pkwy for owner Highcards LLC. The project, estimated at $8,500, swaps in multiple pieces — including an air handler/coil, a 2.5-ton condenser/heat pump and a 90% furnace — with equipment on Level 1 and the condenser at ground level; permit fees of $180 have been paid and the permit is issued.
