Shawn Peck of Energy Control HTG & A/C is installing a one-ton mini split as a commercial HVAC replacement for Highview Baptist Church Inc at 7711 Fegenbush Ln. The electric unit will sit on Level 1 with the condenser on the roof, the project is estimated at $7,000, and the permit has been issued.
