2525 GEORGE ROGERS CLARK PL T07 permit issued to replace heat pump/air handler

Automatic Air Corp is replacing the heat pump and air handler at 2525 George Rogers Clark Pl T07 for the Council Of Co Owners Of Clark Place, installing a like-for-like electric 2.5-ton condenser and air handler/coil. The multifamily HVAC replacement (no new ductwork) is estimated at $10,000, the condenser will sit at ground level while the air handler is on level 1, and the commercial HVAC permit has been issued.
