3010 Eastpoint Pkwy Mechanical permit issued for replacement of 2 RTUs

FWP Partners is replacing two rooftop HVAC units at 3010 Eastpoint Pkwy, with Elder Heating AC (licensed pro Kaylee) doing the install for owner Horizon Investments III LLC. The commercial permit covers replacement of two 7.5-ton RTUs on the roof, ladder access will be provided for inspections, and the project is estimated at $47,540.
