John Waters Inc. is replacing the commercial HVAC at Macc & Co. Salon, located at 1823 Brownsboro Rd. The work for owner Macc Properties LLC (requested by Martha Yates) will furnish and install a new furnace and AC—about 2.5 tons—with an estimated project cost of $7,985, replacing the air handler/coil and condenser (air handler in the basement, condenser at ground level outside).
