4003 KRESGE WAY issued HVAC mechanical permit for 3-ton water-source heat pump
ACCO Inc., the licensed HVAC contractor, is replacing a 3-ton water-source heat pump that serves the Suite 228 breakroom and offices at 4003 Kresge Way. The commercial mechanical permit has been issued for Level 2 or higher work on behalf of Kentucky Baptist Hospital, with the project estimated at $9,800. No new ductwork is planned, so it looks like a straightforward equipment swap rather than a full HVAC overhaul.
