A two-unit apartment conversion is getting rewired at 3230 Frankfort Ave 102
JP Investments LLC is reworking 3230 Frankfort Ave, Unit 102, into two apartments upstairs, plus a laundry room, storage, and offices downstairs. The electrical setup calls for a 400-amp service, two meters, and three subpanels, and the city signed off on that part. It’s a $25,000 job, so this is no tiny tweak.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
