A mezzanine office build-out is happening at 500 E Burnett Ave, and the city has signed off on the electrical work.
They’re adding exit and emergency lights, new recessed lights, outlets, data stubs, a fresh 100-panel, plus power for roof A/C and a furnace circuit.
All told, it’s a pretty serious rewire for a space that’s clearly getting a full office refresh.
