An electrical permit has been issued to rework the power supply at 400 Shelby Station Dr so LG&E can complete the utility hookup. The job is a 200-amp rewire with one meter, estimated at $1,500; a licensed electrical contractor is listed on the permit and the authorization is valid through August 24, 2027 with Sunshine Shelby Station Development as the owner.
