12501 Shelbyville Rd Electrical Permit issued for Kroger store minor remodel
CG Electrical Contractors LLC is doing a minor within‑wall electrical remodel at the Kroger located at 12501 Shelbyville Rd to make room for a relocated floral area and some new interior walls. The rewire electrical permit for owner BRE Retail Residual Owner 1 LLC is estimated at $10,000 and notes a 2,000‑amp service (issued and active through 08/10/2027); just a heads‑up that a separate suppression and fire‑alarm permit will be required if any heads or devices are moved or added.
