5100 Commerce Crossings Dr electrical permit issued for renovation

Excel Services Inc is handling an electrical renovation called Inizio at 5100 Commerce Crossings Dr for owner Commerce Offic Center LLC, a rewire project estimated at $125,000 that includes an 800-amp service and two subpanels. The electrical permit has been issued and is valid through 01/27/2027, but a Certificate of Occupancy won’t be released until the landscape installation is verified and certified by a Kentucky landscape architect.
