325 Baxter Ave electrical permit issued (Commercial)

Intertech Mechanical Services has been issued a commercial electrical permit to rewire the space at 325 Baxter Ave for owner HOTI Realty LLC, with the project estimated at $44,908. Work will demo walls per the plans, remove and re-install fixtures after new ceilings, add new switching and lighting controls, run MC cable for new circuits and HVAC power (including a control conduit), install breakers/subpanel, and put in raceways and backboxes for data — all IT cabling and testing will be handled by others.
