A Low-Voltage Electrical permit has been issued for Cat6 data runs throughout the new Racetrac build-out at 1225 Gardiner Ln, owned by Schoening Investments Ltd. Licensed professional Michael King of Team Strategix is handling the work; the permit was issued on 07/07/2026 with a $100 fee and is valid through 01/05/2027. Looks like the new convenience store and pumps are being wired up for reliable networking and point-of-sale systems once the build-out finishes.
