The VOA Family Shelter (the former Vu Guesthouse) is moving forward with a low-voltage electrical permit for its three-story building at 822 S Floyd St. Licensed professional Paige Reh filed the request on behalf of Louisville Jefferson County Metro Government, the permit was issued on 07/02/2026 and is valid through 12/31/2026, so crews can get started installing the low-voltage systems soon.
