American Standard Electric has pulled an electrical permit to change the building’s meter center at 103 Charter Oaks Dr for owner Buisson Investment Corp. The job is a rewire for a 200-amp service with four meters, estimated at $350; the permit is issued (expires 06/29/2027) and a temporary "on main" inspection is scheduled for 07/01/2026, so expect a few electricians around the property soon.
