4633 Southcliff Ave electrical permit issued for Southcliff Apartments Clubhouse

Steadfast Electric LLC has pulled an electrical permit for the new Southcliff Apartments Clubhouse at 4633 Southcliff Ave, which is owned by Southcliff Properties LP. The permit is for new electrical service — 125 amperes with one subpanel and one meter — with an estimated cost of $250. It was issued in June 2026 and remains active through 12/24/2026, so the clubhouse should be getting its power wired up soon.
