700 E MAIN ST 101 electrical permit issued for 10-story, 212-unit building

Steadfast Electric LLC has been issued an electrical permit for the new 10-story apartment building at 700 E Main St, Unit 101, owned by Nulu Central Station LLC. The project includes 212 apartments with a courtyard, amenities, four levels of parking and retail, and the electrical work is estimated at $4,200,000—covering 6,500 amps, about 232 subpanels and roughly 218 meters—with the permit issued on 06/24/2026 and valid through 06/24/2027.
