1405 E Burnett Ave Electrical Permit issued for basement rough-in
Breeze Electric LLC (licensed pro Sam Rudolph) is doing rough electrical work in new basement walls and installing devices and light fixtures at 1405 E Burnett Ave for owner Kosair Charities Committee Inc. The commercial electrical permit covers a rewire with a 100-amp overhead connection, is estimated at $4,000, and is issued through December 23, 2026—so it looks like focused basement lighting and outlet work rather than a full overhaul.
