3110 Lexington Rd electrical permit issued for new gate operator service

Historic Homes Foundation Inc. has pulled an electrical permit to add a new service for a gate operator at 3110 Lexington Rd, essentially giving the gate its own power feed so it can run more reliably. Star Electric LLC’s Lori Kraemer is the licensed contractor on the job for a 100-amp rewire, with the project estimated at $1,000 and the permit issued (expires 12/16/2026).
