9913 BROWNSBORO RD Electrical permit issued for Dunkin Donuts exterior remodel
Dunkin Donuts (Brownsboro) is getting an electrical rewire as part of an exterior and lobby remodel at 9913 Brownsboro Rd, with Warren Electric Inc. (Scott Bowling) listed as the electrical contractor. The project is owned by Mahant Alt Investments II LLC and is estimated at $32,272; the electrical permit was issued on 06/16/2026 and expires 12/15/2026. A notice on the record says a separate hood and hood-suppression permit—and hood testing—will be required before the space can be reoccupied.
