5836 FERN VALLEY RD electrical permit issued for new addition
Intertech Mechanical Services has pulled an electrical permit for a new addition at 5836 Fern Valley Rd on behalf of owner Intertech Group LLC. The commercial job, issued on 06/11/2026, is estimated at $30,000 and calls for an 800-amp service with two subpanels and one meter (no overhead connection), so this looks like a serious power upgrade rather than a quick wiring fix.
