920 Blankenbaker Pkwy Electrical permit issued

Ready Electric Company Inc is doing electrical work at 920 Blankenbaker Pkwy for Southeast Christian Church, replacing existing lighting with LED flat panels, adding LV switching, and installing receptacles and CAT6 for network devices and wireless access points in FH3. The commercial rewire permit has been issued with an estimated cost of $1,000. A notice says separate fire alarm and sprinkler permits — plus testing and a Knox Box key for the space — will be required prior to occupancy.
