1840 LINCOLN AVE electrical permit issued

Laswell Electric Co has pulled an electrical permit to rewire and tidy up the wiring at 1840 Lincoln Ave for owner German American Club Gesangverein LO. They’ll replace three Federal Pacific panels, remove Romex from ceilings and exit/emergency light feeds, add cord drops in the kitchen and for table cookers, GFI-protect kitchen outlets, repair open grounds at the main bar, and replace two bad photo cells and damaged exterior sockets — all with an estimated project value of $1,000 on a 200-amp service.
