13905 PROMENADE GREEN WAY applied for Electrical Permit for 100-Amp power
Johnson Electrical and Construction LLC, working for owner OREO 4 LLC, pulled an electrical permit to set up a temporary 100 Amp service for the new Wawa at 13905 Promenade Green Way, with the job estimated at $5,000. The permit is issued, but the record flags that no final Certificate of Occupancy will be granted until a Landscape Certificate is received, and it asks that the fire-department final inspection be scheduled with Captain James Hundley (AMFEMS) at 502-813-4807 when the site is ready.
