2339 FRANKFORT AVE electrical permit to install rooftop mini split

Laswell Electric Co. is handling an electrical permit to install a 40-amp, 240-volt mini-split on the rooftop at 2339 Frankfort Ave for owners Esmaeil and Shahrzad Taghizadeh. The commercial rewire permit was issued on 05/08/2026 with an estimated cost of $1,000 — a fairly modest HVAC upgrade that should add a rooftop condenser without a major overhaul.
