Westport Industrial Center is doing a tenant finish at 13108 Forest Centre Ct, installing new lighting and receptacles as part of a commercial electrical rewire estimated at $30,000. Looks like brightness and extra outlets are on the way for that space. The electrical permit has been issued and is valid through May 6, 2027, but city notes say separate fire alarm and sprinkler suppression permits (with testing) and a Knox Box key will be required before occupancy.
