Baptist Healthcare System Inc is giving the NICU at 4000 Kresge Way some extra room — a new rooftop addition of about 3,000 square feet plus roughly 900 square feet of third-floor renovations. Ready Electric Company Inc will handle the electrical work, adding three new 100A panels for the addition and one 100A panel for the renovated area on a project estimated at $570,630, and the commercial electrical permit has been issued so crews can begin.
