An electrical permit has been issued for new construction of Building 7, The Belle @ Cedar Creek, at 8007 Sweet Spring Ln. Owner Revenant @ Cedar Creek LLC hired Steadfast Electric LLC (licensed pro Patrick) to install an 800-amp service with 12 meters/subpanels for a single dwelling unit, with the work valued at an estimated $2,500.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
