4601 Valley Station Rd Electrical Permit - Rewire Gym Receptacle in Bleacher
Derek Hillberry of JCPS - Electric Shop has an electrical permit to rewire a large gym receptacle in the bleacher area for the score table at 4601 Valley Station Rd, with Jefferson County School District Fin listed as owner. The commercial electrical permit was issued on 04/27/2026 for a 20-amp circuit and estimates the work at $1,000, so it looks like a focused safety/utility upgrade rather than a full-scale remodel.
