Dunn Electric (licensed pro Steven F. Dunn) is installing an electrical panel and new circuits in a new garage at 1903 West Market Street for owner Springfield Land Management LLC. The commercial electrical permit has been issued for a 100-amp service with an overhead connection; the project is estimated at $1,000 and $175 in permit fees have been paid. Looks like a tidy garage power upgrade rather than a full building overhaul.
