962 Barret Ave Electrical Permit issued for 400A service upgrade

St Matthews Electric has been issued an electrical permit to perform a 400A service upgrade at 962 Barret Ave for owner Tasman & Rosenstein Family Investment, with the project estimated at $8,000. The work includes relocating the service to a new location, installing two 200A panels on the opposite side of the wall from the meter, running a sub‑feeder to an existing panel, adding a 50A range circuit and relocating multiple existing circuits — basically a big panel shuffle to modernize the building’s service.
