4500 COMMERCE CROSSINGS DR Electrical permit issued for 400A/480V panel upgrade

Excel Services Inc is handling electrical upgrades at 4500 Commerce Crossings Dr for owner Commerce Investments LLC, pulling an electrical permit to add a new 400 Amp, 480 Volt panel from the main switchboard and install four transformers, six new subpanels and a UPS panel. The project—estimated at about $1.77 million—also adds lighting and receptacles, a new break room and office area, power for RTUs and warehouse fans, cable tray for data cabling, and includes minor demo in the existing office.
